Quince Pear

A quince pear, often simply called a quince, is a tart, aromatic fruit that resembles a pear but has a tougher texture and a bright yellow skin when ripe. Although it is too hard and sour to eat raw, it is commonly used in jams, jellies, and baking, where its natural sweetness and fragrance develop, offering rich flavor and a range of health benefits, including supporting digestion and providing antioxidants.
