Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we only accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. If there is an issue with your order such as damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items, please contact us immediately with your order details and provide evidence such as photographs/videos.

All claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as we are unable to guarantee the condition of produce beyond that time.
