Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
Salary: £30,000- £45,000 per annum

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • Degree in accounting or any other related area.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills.

  • Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals.

  • Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps.

  • Extremely responsible.

  • An excellent communicator.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.

 

Job Description:

  • Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements.

  • Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs.

  • Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients.

  • Examines and analyses sales figures, advises on and monitors marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Produces and/or assesses reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.

  • Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments.

  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.

  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.

  • Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications.
