  • Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of the order, and full payment must be made as per the agreed invoice terms.

  • Universal reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions or pricing errors.

4. Delivery & Risk

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, customs, logistics issues) may occur.

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of defects or quality concerns.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after an investigation.

  • No refunds will be given for products that were not stored or handled correctly after delivery.

  • We guarantee that our products meet industry standards for quality and freshness at the time of dispatch.

  • Universal is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from product issues beyond our control.
